My approach is professional, discreet, and flexible, but never mechanical. I like to keep the coverage clear and polished while also adding a creative touch where it fits naturally. For larger events, conferences, or more complex schedules, a second photographer can be added at 150€ per event. This allows for broader coverage, multiple perspectives, and a more complete visual record of the event.

Alongside event coverage, I also offer a professional Headshots / Portrait Pop Up, a flexible on site portrait setup designed for conferences, business events, corporate gatherings, expos, and branded activations. It is a practical and high value addition for companies that want to offer guests, speakers, or team members fresh professional portraits during the event itself.

This is more than a simple headshot corner. It is a compact portrait experience built to deliver clean, polished images quickly, without disturbing the flow of the event.

 

I come with a complete mobile setup, including professional lighting, softboxes, laptop for on the spot selection and editing, printer, and my assistant, so the process stays smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish.

The background can be adapted to the style of the event. I can bring white, black, grey, or colorful backgrounds, or we can use a branded setup provided by the client, such as a company backdrop, conference wall, sponsor panel, or even a beautiful corner of the venue that fits the visual identity of the event.

Each session is designed to be fast and easy, making it ideal for short portrait slots during the event. Guests receive a clean and professional portrait that is an unfergatble memory from the event.

What makes this service especially distinctive is that portraits can also be printed immediately on premium photographic paper, directly at the event.

 

Each printed image is delivered in a clean white envelope with a cardboard backing, creating a more elegant and complete presentation.

If needed, the final image can also include a company logo, event logo, or custom text, added digitally in a clean and tasteful way.

 

All printed portraits are also delivered in digital format, so the client and guests receive both the physical and digital versions.
